  • Salary & benefits The salary for this post is £31,000-£35,000 per annum. Hours of work are full time at 37.5 hours per week.

    The holiday entitlement for this post is (30 days) plus bank holidays. In addition, the Sing Up office is normally closed between Christmas and New Year so, at the discretion of the CEO, you will receive an additional number of days off during this period, which will not be taken from your leave allocation.

  • Job description This senior role heads up the sales marketing strategy, working with the marketing team and wider organisation to meet sales targets and help Sing Up move into new markets. You will have a proven track-record in achieving sales growth and significant experience in lead generation through on and offline channels plus on-the-pulse knowledge of digital marketing and e-commerce. Your reporting and analysis skills will be first-rate and your data insights will help inform strategy.

  • Required skills You will line-manage the Sales Marketing Executive and Customer Support Team so will need to develop in-depth knowledge of customer trends, behaviours and motivations. You will be results and metrics-driven, leading to continuous improvement of Sing Up's sales marketing efforts and sales pipeline.
  • Required experience Your marketing output – emails, adverts and printed collateral – will be of a high standard, demonstrating brand integrity and awareness, and you will be able to steer team members to uphold brand values. The role will require a highly organised individual with a passion for marketing and business strategy in an evolving marketplace.
